If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a business or another legal entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to this Agreement, in which case the terms “User”, “You”, “Customer”, or “Client” will apply to that entity. If you do not have such authority, or if you disagree with the terms of this Agreement, you must not accept it and are prohibited from accessing or using the Website and Services.
By accessing and using the Website and Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. You further recognize that this Agreement is a binding contract between you and UNOVICOM OÜ, even though it is in electronic form and does not require a physical signature, and it governs your use of the Website and Services.

Provided you comply with these Terms of Use, WizeIP™ grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited licence to access and use the Site.

Providing false contact information may lead to the termination of your account.
You must immediately notify us of any unauthorised access to your account or any security breaches. We are not responsible for any acts or omissions on your part, including any damages arising from such actions. We may suspend, disable, or delete your account (or any portion of it) if we find that you have violated this Agreement or engaged in conduct that harms our reputation or goodwill.
