Single point of contact for authorities

Article 11 of the DSA stipulates that online platforms must designate a single point of contact to enable direct communication with EU Member State authorities, the European Commission, and the European Board for Digital Services regarding the enforcement and implementation of the DSA.

Authorities may contact WizeIP regarding the DSA at office@wizeip.com. Communications should be in English and include your full name, contact information, the purpose of your communication, and the name of the EU-based authority on whose behalf you are contacting us. Please note, if any of the required information is incomplete or missing, we will not be responsible for failing to respond to such requests.

Report Illegal Content per Article 16 of the DSA

To report content on the WizeIP platform that you believe to be illegal, please contact us at office@wizeip.com. You can also flag suspected illegal content using the designated feature on the WizeIP platform.

If you are a trusted flagger, you may use the above form or contact us directly at office@wizeip.com. In accordance with the DSA, trusted flagger reports will be prioritised for review.

Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution Option for EU Users

In compliance with the DSA, EU Member States are required to certify independent out-of-court settlement bodies to resolve eligible disputes. The European Commission will host a website listing these certified bodies. As of June 30, 2024, no such bodies have been certified, and WizeIP is not obligated to comply with their decisions.

Eligible disputes may involve cases where content visibility or account access has been restricted due to illegal content or policy violations, or where content reported by users as unlawful or policy-violating has not been removed by WizeIP.

Information on Average Monthly Active Recipients in the European Union

In accordance with Article 24(2) of the DSA, online platforms are required to publish information about their average monthly active users in the EU at least every six months.

For the six-month period ending June 30, 2024, WizeIP had approximately 0 million monthly active recipients (as defined by the DSA) within the European Union. This figure is calculated by averaging the number of unique visitors (excluding bots) to the WizeIP platform via wizeip.com during each calendar month over the last six months.

This information is provided to meet DSA requirements and should not be used for any other purposes. Please note, it may differ from user metrics shared in other contexts.
